The Blastrac BMG 2500 is a high performance, plug style, dual head grinding and polishing
machine. The BMG 2500 features a 22" grinding path, removable weights and two head
pressure settings. Using two sets of rear wheels, the machine can apply light head pressure for polishing applications or with the turn of a handle, can apply the machine's full weight for agressive removal.

machine. The BMG 2500 features a 22" grinding path, removable weights and two head
pressure settings. Using two sets of rear wheels, the machine can apply light head pressure
for polishing applications or with the turn of a handle, can apply the machine's full weight
for aggressive removal.
• For concrete cleaning, coating removal, leveling and planing, and profiling
• Optional slicing/polishing kit for removing elastomeric and rubberized coatings, adhesives,
and for polishing
• Extendable flip out handle for increased control
• Floating bubble level helps ensure a level finish is achieved

Accessories
Slicing kit: for removal of elastomeric and rubberized coatings, or adhesives. Tungsten carbide tipped cutters quickly cut
through sticky residues and thick coatings
30–40 grit diamond plug: high quality diamonds in a medium bond matrix. For concrete cleaning, smoothing and
coating removal. This plug is particularly useful for moderate smoothing or pre-polishing applications
X type coarse grit diamond plug: for faster removal and less diamond loading while grinding. The plug’s smaller
footprint results in a greater weight per square inch ratio (downward pressure) than standard round 2" or 3" plugs.
Cutting fines are evacuated for more diamond contact. For aggressive coating removal or for extremely fast removal
Polishing pads kit: for decorative polished concrete floors. 3" diameter pads available in progressively finer grits: 50, 80,
150, 300, 500, 1000, 2000 and 3000. Use with Velcro® backer pads
