Rev. Phillip Rogers  Pastor At Neiswander Baptist Church Reverend Phillip Rogers of Jonesboro became the Pastor of  Neiswander Baptist Church September 12, 2001.  Reverend Rogers grew up and graduated from high school in Bay, Arkansas.  After surrendering to the ministry in 1980 at the age of 20, he attended  Southern Baptist College (SBC) in Walnut Ridge, where he received his AA degree in 1980. Following his graduation from SBC, he was a  summer missionary is New York State .  He was pastor for Faith Baptist Church near Trumann from 1987-1992. He then served as associate Pastor and Youth Director for New Antiock Baptist Church from 1993-1996. Just prior to coming Neiswander, he was Pastor for Neals Chapel Baptist Church near Lepanto, Arkansas for five years. Reverend Rogers has been married to his lovely wife Shelia for nineteen years. They have three children, Heather 15, Daniel 10, and Matthew 8.
